Shipping Policy

NOTE: New orders may not be combined with previous or current orders.

If your order contains a item that is available for PREORDER, your order will ship as soon as the preorder item is in-stock. If you are not comfortable waiting up to five (5) weeks from the date of purchase, please do not place your order until the item is listed as in-stock.

Expect up to seven (7) business days from the date you place your order for it to ship. We respectfully ask customers to wait up to four (4) weeks to inquire about packages not yet delivered. All such inquiries should be made to info@neumation-music.com.

NOTE: Customers are responsible for any new and/or additional fees imposed by their territory upon receiving their parcel.
